Structure of the company's shareholders and administration
The joint stock company "Saldus Mežrūpniecība" is a public joint stock company and its shares are quoted in Riga stock exchange. Currently the greatest shareholders are SIA "Saldus MRU", which owns 44 % shares and SIA „Laskana" who owns 26 %. The rest of the shares belong to the minor shareholders, from which none owns more than 10 % of the total amount of company's shares.
